You can request an exchange if:

2. Conditions for Exchange / Return
• Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and box
• An unboxing video is COMPULSORY for any damage / wrong product claim. Without video, return will not be accepted.
• Slippers / Slides / Products on Sale / Combo Offers are not eligible for return.
• Slight difference in color due to lighting / camera is not considered a defect.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, WhatsApp us within 3 days at 9457609897 with:
• Your Order ID
• Unboxing video + photos of the productOur team will approve it within 24 hours.
4. Refund Policy
At First Copy Mart, we do not offer direct refunds. We provide:
• Size Exchange (Free)
• Product Replacement
• Store Credit / Coupon for your next purchase
Refund is only issued if we are unable to provide replacement for a damaged product.
5. Shipping for Return
• For wrong / damaged product from our side: We pay return courier charges.
• For size exchange from customer side: Customer has to pay return courier charges.
6. No Return After 3 Days
After 3 days from delivery, no return / exchange request will be accepted.
