Welcome to *First Copy Mart* (firstcopymart.in). By accessing and shopping on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

*1. About Us & Products*

- First Copy Mart sells Premium 7A Quality First Copy / Replica footwear.
- Our products are inspired by branded designs and are NOT original products. We are not affiliated with Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Puma or any brand.
- We sell 100% first copy replica products and we clearly mention "First Copy" on all products. Customer buys with full knowledge.

*2. Pricing & Payments*

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices may change anytime without prior notice due to market demand.
- For Prepaid orders: Order is confirmed only after payment is received.
- For COD orders: An order confirmation call/WhatsApp is mandatory. If not confirmed within 24 hours, order will be auto-cancelled.
- We have the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected or wrong pricing is shown due to technical error.

*3. Order Cancellation*

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
  - Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled, only exchanged as per our Return Policy.
  - First Copy Mart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issue. Full refund will be issued in that case.

*4. Shipping & Delivery*

- Please refer to our detailed Shipping Policy.
- Delivery time is estimated, not guaranteed. Delays by courier partner are not our responsibility.

*5. Return, Exchange & Refund*

- Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. 3-Day Exchange available.
- Unboxing video is compulsory for all return/exchange claims.
- No return accepted without video proof.

*6. Product Quality & Color Variation*

- We provide best-in-market 7A quality, but there can be minor difference in stitching or shade.
- Color may slightly vary due to phone screen resolution, lighting and camera.
- This will not be considered as a defect.

*7. Intellectual Property*

• All content on First Copy Mart - logo, images, product descriptions, website design - is our property.
  - You cannot copy, steal or use our content without written permission. Legal action will be taken.

*8. User Obligations*

You agree NOT to:

- Use our website for illegal purposes
- Place fake COD orders (Your number will be blocked permanently)
- Try to hack or spam our website
- Abuse our customer support staff

*9. Limitation of Liability*

First Copy Mart will not be liable for any indirect loss, injury or damage arising from use of our products or website, beyond the product price paid.

*10. Governing Law*

These Terms are governed by Indian Law. Any dispute will be subject to Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.
